Jerry Dozoretz

Jerry Dozoretz is co-founder and Principal of Market Leaders Group LLC. Jerry has produced revenues, profitability, and implemented strategies for clients across North America, including TelePacific Communications, First Data Corporation, Volvo Trucks of North America and Micromedex. He has extensive experience in telecommunications and advanced technology industries.

For over two decades Jerry has helped launch new businesses and products; evaluate, select and implement strategic initiatives; engage and unify senior management in pursuit of shared objectives, boost sales force effectiveness; and mentor marketing and strategy development in complex and challenging environments. His passions are solving business challenges and successfully fostering leadership patronage and engagement in order to overcome legacy political barriers and culture hurdles and thereby enable implementation of critical initiatives.

Prior to joining Market Leaders Group LLC; Jerry was founder and principal of Dozoretz and Associates a consulting practice specializing in marketing, telecommunications and information technology. His primary clientele included incumbent telephone companies, start-ups, and global consulting firms. Additionally, he worked with non-profits and retail businesses looking to upgrade telecommunications and IT infrastructures.

Jerry has been active in various associations and industry organizations, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science, Information Industry Association, and American Management Association. He served on the faculty of The University of Denver and developed programs and taught courses in marketing, business ethics, and public policy. Jerry has authored numerous articles, chaired and/or contributed to industry and professional conferences. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
